Հոկտեմբեր 19-21 Երեւանի մէջ պիտի կայանայ «ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԸ Եւ ՏԱՐԱԾԱՇՐՋԱՆԸ. ԴԱՍԵՐ, ԱՐԺԵՒՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ, ՀԵՌԱՆԿԱՐՆԵՐ» խորագիրով միջազգային գիտաժողովը՝ նուիրուած 1921 թ. Մոսկուայի եւ Կարսի պայմանագրերու 100-ամեակին։ Այս մասին յայտարարութիւն տարածած է ՀՅԴ հանրային կապերու գրասենեակը.

ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Պատմութեան ուսումնարանը, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Արեւելագիտութեան ուսումնարանը, ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի կեդրոնական խորհուրդը եւ «Արեւմտահայոց հարցերու ուսումնասիրութեան կեդրոն» գիտահետազօտական հիմնադրամը կը կազմակերպեն 1921 թ. Մոսկուայի եւ Կարսի պայմանագրերու 100-ամեակին նուիրուած ««ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԸ ԵՒ ՏԱՐԱԾԱՇՐՋԱՆԸ. ԴԱՍԵՐ, ԱՐԺԵՒՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ, ՀԵՌԱՆԿԱՐՆԵՐ» խորագիրով միջազգային գիտաժողով:
Գիտաժողովը պիտի իրականացուի 2021 թ. Հոկտեմբեր 19-21, Երեւանի մէջ:
Գիտաժողովին ներկայացուող զեկոյցները պէտք է ըլլան հետեւեալ թեմաներուն շուրջ.
- 1921 թ. Մոսկուայի եւ Կարսի պայմանագրերը. դասեր եւ վերագնահատումներ:
- 1921 թ. Մոսկուայի եւ Կարսի պայմանագրերը, անոնց միջազգային-իրաւական կարգավիճակը եւ Հայաստանը:
- Քաղաքական եւ աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումները տարածաշրջանին մէջ եւ Հայաստանը:
- Թուրքիոյ յաւակնութիւնները տարածաշրջանին մէջ: Հայաստանին սպառնացող մարտահրաւէրները:
- Արեւմուտքը եւ Հարաւային Կովկասը:
- Ռուսիան եւ Հարաւային Կովկասը:
- Արցախեան հիմնահարցը տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներուն մէջ:

“Armenia and the Region: Lessons, Evaluations, Perspectives” International Conference Dedicated to the Centennial of the Moscow and Kars Agreements (1921-2021)
The Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, the Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Armenian National Committee Central Council, and the Center for the Study of Western Armenian Issues Research Foundation present the “Armenia and the Region: Lessons, Evaluations, Perspectives” international conference dedicated to the centennial of the Moscow And Kars agreements (1921-2021).
The conference will be held on October 19-21, 2021, in Yerevan, Armenia.
Papers presented at the conference should be on the following topics:
• The Moscow and Kars agreements of 1921: Lessons and Revaluations
• The International legal statuses of the Moscow and Kars agreements of 1921
• Political and geopolitical developments in Armenia and the region
• Turkey’s ambitions in the region and Armenia’s challenges
• The West and the South Caucasus
• Russia and the South Caucasus
• The Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) issue and regional developments
The conference materials will be published in three languages (Armenian, Russian, English).

The title of the article is written in the upper line (centered) of the first page in 13 pt font, in capital letters, bolded. The author(s)’s name(s) should be listed on the following line, centered, in 12 pt font, uppercase, bolded. On the following line should read the author(s)’s place of employment, university or research center, faculty, degree, title, city, country, in 12 pt font. The author(s)’s e-mail address is should be indicated on the following line, centered, in 12 pt font size
- On the following line, write “Keywords” and mark 7-10 keywords (Armenian, Russian, English).
- On the following line, present the main text of the work, 12 pt font, 1.5 spaced. The text must be aligned on both sides (justified). Paragraphs should begin indented 1 cm.
- Summaries of the article in Armenian, Russian, or English (summary, annotation, abstract) are required, which are presented after the main text
