French City of Alfortville Favors Recognition of Artsakh by France

The city council of Alfortville, France, has voted unanimously in favor of recognition of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsak) by France, Deputy Mayor Garo Khachigian informs.

Alfortville will also provide exceptional financial assistance to the Armenian population of Artsakh.
