On 18 February within the frameworks of the events marking the 60th anniversary of the NKR Supreme Council first chairman Arthur Mgrdchian, Artsakh Republic President Pago Sahagian attended the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid a wreath at his tomb, Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President stated.

Pago Sahagian called exemplary the patriotism, devotion and honesty of Arthur Mgrdchian, adding that his blessed memory will live forever in the hearts of the Artsakh people.
